This orthodontist is amazing. All the people that work there, are always super nice. They actually act like they enjoy their job and are respectful to their clients. My son loves going here. The Orthodontist is always very nice and informative and answers any questions you might have. They have a payment plan which is nice, and they work with you. I came here to see about getting braces after my teeth started forming gaps due to losing my retainer. I walked in for a consultation and walked out with clear ceramic braces! Absolutely love it here. The staff is very friendly and professional. They keep me informed and explain the process/progress to where I can understand which relieved a lot of my anxiety. The facility is also very clean and sanitary, I feel safe attending my appointments during this pandemic. I’m always received with kind smiles and little to no wait time. This place is just amazing. All their staff are extremely customer service driven. I have needed rubber bands and Last minute schedule changes and education on the process and how to navigate treatment and payments admist the the craziness of military life. They have always been accommodating. Always patient. Always willing to work with me. Im so grateful to the orthodontists and their staff at 99 braces. We go to the Westside location and my kids look forward to it for all the fun that is in their office. They put my kids at ease. I just really love them. No complaints. I trust them with both my children's care. In addition im so grateful for the mental gymnastics they had to do with Texas kids dental to make last minute schedule changes work so my children could be seen by both dentist and ortho. They worked together as a team and made it quite seemless to accomplish both at the same time, while still providing great care. The ortho and dentist provided great feedback on their care and recommendations while never being pushy to get more money. Im sad to lose them when we move.

I remember my first appointment I was greeted with the biggest smiles. I had my kids with me because I was new to the area and didn’t have a babysitter. Regardless they were still so welcoming and even sweet to my kids. This first encounter is what keeps me coming back and I have the biggest smile on my face every time. Despite the COVID they still make me feel welcome, they even still ask about my kids it’s like family, but the most important thing during this pandemic is that I also feel safe. Your temperature is checked upon arrival, chairs, clipboards,pens, door, handles sanitized after every use. The safety measures are of that in the elite, not to say it was not before but even more so now. So if your hesitant to come don’t be, your health and well being is an#1 priority of this office.

I got my braces not that long ago and the women that did them was so nice and gentle. Her name was Dominique she was so so amazing, she engages with my mother its just a good time with Ms.Dominique. Altogether, $99 braces is just an amazing place, they have great customer service, it is also a very welcoming environment. It is amazing place to get braces I highly recommend it.

We are coming up on the two year mark attending to this office for our ortho appts. The experience has been great even through the pandemic. They’ve worked so hard to keep going. The front staff is nice. The back staff super nice and professional. They honor your appt. They are never running late, at least they don’t show it. Dr Curtis is super helpful, teaches his staff and genuinely kind with patient. He has the knowledge to make the right choices for patients best dental health. My daughter has been coming here since September 2018. Her smile has improved so much and she is so much more confident! COVID-19 did us no favors, and I was worried about her missing her orthodontist appointments. We missed 6 months and she is still on target to have them off at the estimated time! 😃 The Dr. and the staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The orthodontist and assistants are extremely professional, friendly, and patient. They always put your needs first and help guide you through the whole process. They have great work ethic and excellent technique! Russell did an amazing job explaining everything to me while I was getting my braces put on. The front office and ortho assistants are extremely nice! On a bad day, they make me feel welcomed and comfortable. If I can give kudos to a few I would, but overall they are awesome! They explain everything that is going to be done and are very gently. They definitely care for their patients. I have had some downfalls with my treatment but it’s turning out as I planned. I feel safe as soon as I walk in. It’s very sanitized making sure everyone stays clean. All PPE is well worn. Keep up the good work!

I was super excited to get my perfect smile started. When I came into the office for my 1st appointment, the staff was extremely informative and friendly. My dental assistant was Russell. From the beginning to the end, Russell was polite, gentle, experienced and well mannered. I was impressed with his knowledge and calm deminor considering his young age. He made sure I was comfortable, while explaining every step of the process. He treated the orthodontist and myself with the upmost respect. I was informed that proper procedure stated that the bottom part of your braces would be added on a different appointment, however I insisted that he ask the orthodontist if it could be done during the same appointment. Of course because of his positive and comforting attitude, he was able to accommodate me. I was extremely happy and satisfied. At the end of my visit he gifted both my husband and I a bottle filled with supplies to use at home. I left the office satisfied, with a smile and a step closer to my perfect teeth. Thank you Russell for your extraordinary service. I look forward to seeing you on the next visit.

I want to start out by saying how very thankful I am for the patience the staff has had with me. My son had his braces done first and he was so happy. I have now taken the step to get mine at 48 and not only has it been safe during these trying times but doctors and staff have made it the best experience for me. My experience was Amazing! From the call I made to the minute I left the office. I called in inquiring about how the process works. Victoria gave me all the info and a quick run down and on how the consultation is free. I get to my appointment and with the whole covid 19 in motion they was on top of their game! At first I was nervous and then a white knight named Bonnie came and called me to the back she did my xrays and my consultation it was personal, painless, and professional. Then the King of the office came in, Dr. Curtis, and he was a pleasure to talk to and he explained to me how long ill have the braces and small details. I was surprised he came in because I hadn't even decided if I wanted them or not. So Bonnie gave me the the payment plan deals and I agreed. She also offered her personal assistance over the phone or in person at anytime she is in the office. I got my bottom braces by Russell who was friendly and very talkative. He made sure I was comfortable and okay through the whole process. We even had small talk and he told me about his experience with braces. The part that really put the cherry on top of my experience was Victoria actually came by to say hi. We only spoke on the phone to make an appointment and she came by while she saw my paper work just to see how I was doing. I personally never had this kind of customers service in a Dr. office. I loved it. I have to go back for my top braces and I hope I deal with same ppl or get the same experience.

I loved the place! Since I started my treatment they have been very professional and knowledgeable about their work. Whenever I have a question they clarify it for me and in a very professional way. My first language is not English and the fact that everyone speaks English and Spanish gives me a feeling of confidence as I can express myself without worrying about not being understood. Dr Curtis has made my experience at this place so great. I basically had a very hard case to straighten out and after Dr Curtis has been doing the Invisalign treatment for me and it has been working wonders ! I’m mid way through my Invisalign and am loving the results and his dedication to making my smile great again after I had a lot of shifting due to a tooth I had pulled out. The staff and atmosphere is amazing and they always have cookies which is always a plus !

I love $99 Braces and Dr. Curtis! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the office is always extremely clean! Doctor and staff are so kind to my son and they make you feel so comfortable while being treated. We’re so grateful for the time Doctor spends every visiting ensuring we understand what is next in the process. I recommend them to everyone!!

So important when you are not familiar with certain things regarding the on going treatments on my daughters braces . But so far so good her teeth are looking amazing . will post a picture before and after when she has them removed . So you can see for yourself . When I first arrived in El Paso I seen this place and from day 1 whenever I come to my appointments I feel as if I am seeing family members. Everyone is very nice and the environment is inviting. Bonnie makes some great cookies...lol. However the professional demeanor of this place rocks.

I brought my daughter for braces and was referred by the dentist. The staff is very nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. They explained everything she needed to know about what to expect as far as pain discomfort and how to keep her braces clean. I recommend this place. I will be bringing my younger daughter once she is ready.

I love going here for my braces, they are very quick and the staff members I have encountered are very nice. For example there is one staff member named Diana Alvarado and she is very kind and friendly; also really great at tightening and fixing braces. She also always has kind things to say. I recommend this place to you all, it is very great. :D

The staff at $99 braces is excellent. I normally go to the office in Horizon but I needed to pick up a retainer at the Montana office. It wasn’t ready but the office staff went out of their way to take to the Horizon office and we got it the same day. The tech even stayed a little later so my daughter didn’t miss school!! They were friendly and personable.! Thank you for making it right! Great service each visit for 2yrs +.

I love 99 braces, they are very friendly, helpful and love the hours. My son had braces before and the Dr didn't do a good. So here at 99 braces his teeth are looking much better .
