Smile 4 Less started with a simple question: why should a great smile depend on how much money a family has, or how far they're willing to drive? We built a practice to answer it.
Our mission
Make a confident, healthy smile affordable and convenient for every El Paso family. Close to home, in your language, without missing work or school.
That's it. Everything else we do (the interest-free financing, the 7:30pm hours, the bilingual team, the three locations) exists to make that sentence true.
What we believe
- Affordable shouldn't mean second-rate. Every plan is designed and supervised by a licensed orthodontist. We just keep the overhead low and the payment plans simple.
- Convenience is part of the treatment. Braces mean 15 to 20 visits over a couple of years. If every one of them costs you a day of work, that's a real cost. So we stay open until 7:30pm and put offices where families live.
- Talk like a person. No jargon, no pressure, no hidden fees. You'll get your price in writing at your first visit, in English or Spanish.
- Respect the choice. A lot of El Paso families look at Juarez for braces. That makes sense, and we'd never knock it. We just think that for close to the same price, you should get to skip the bridge.
Who we are
Smile 4 Less is a team of five orthodontists and a bilingual staff across three offices: East El Paso on Montana, West El Paso on Remcon Circle, and Horizon City on Eastlake. Our patients are mostly kids and teens, plus a growing number of adults who decided it's finally their turn. Many of our families have roots on both sides of the border, and a lot of them come to us from Fort Bliss.
We've earned hundreds of five-star Google reviews, and the things patients mention most are the things we care about most: no waiting, clear explanations, kind staff, and prices that fit.
In the community
We're proud partners in education with Clint ISD, recognized as a District Silver Partner of the Year two years running, and we support local schools and teams around El Paso and Horizon City.
Insurance, military, and law enforcement
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and bill them directly. Military and law enforcement families receive 10% off treatment. Texas Medicaid does not cover orthodontics, which is a big part of why we built our own interest-free financing. Financing details.
