Our secure payment portal is open 24/7. You'll need your account information from your statement or your treatment paperwork.

Call the office that handles your account and our front desk can take a payment while you're on the line.

Pay in person
Stop by any location during office hours. You don't have to go to the office where you started treatment. Addresses and hours.
Auto-pay
Most families set up automatic monthly payments so there's nothing to remember. If you'd like to turn it on, change the card on file, or move your payment date, call any office and we'll take care of it.
About your monthly payment
Our in-house financing is interest-free, so the total you pay is the same whether you finish in 12 months or 24. There's no penalty for paying off early. If money gets tight, tell us before you miss a payment. We can usually adjust the schedule. How financing works.
Insurance questions, a payment that doesn't look right, or a balance you don't recognize? Call your office and ask for a treatment coordinator. They can walk through the whole ledger with you.
Payment FAQ
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, debit, and major credit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards. Ask the front desk if you'd like to split a payment across two cards.
Can I pay the whole balance early?
Yes, any time, with no penalty. Since the financing is interest-free, paying early doesn't save you money, but plenty of families like being done with it.
What if I miss a payment?
Call us. We'd much rather adjust your plan than have you fall behind. It happens, and we work with families every day on this.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Orthodontics is a qualified medical expense, and an FSA balance is a great way to cover a chunk of treatment before it expires.
Does my insurance payment come off my monthly amount?
Yes. We bill your insurance directly and your monthly payment is based on what's left after their portion. More on insurance.
